How we gave Cleo’s high-end bridal brand a smoother route forward (and had a laugh doing it)
The Roadblock
Cleo is an incredible bridal hair stylist, but she was stuck in a relationship with a website that was cutting corners and failing to show off her skills. She’d recently rebranded and was ready to launch on the “World Wide Web,” but she needed a partner who actually understood her vision—not someone selling “Instagram-worthy” templates that don’t actually work.
The Pit Stop: Three days in Stoke
Cleo joined me at my office for a few days to get the wheels turning. When you work side-by-side, you can read reactions and adjust as you go. It meant we could obsess over a million different fonts (Cleo’s specialty!) until it felt exactly right.

- Built with Avada: We used the Avada builder to create a bespoke, high-end look that Cleo can actually manage herself. No more “breaking the site” every time she wants to change a photo.
